HIGHLIGHTS FROM OUR UNFORGETTABLE FUNDRAISING TOURNAMENT

 On the second of June we had our first Charity Golf Tournament. On a beautiful day we have been able to welcome 30 guests in the Lucerne Golf Club for a team scramble tournament followed by a presentation about VFE and a dinner.

With Raphael Graf, Joel Perrenoud and Roli Eberli we had a clear winning team in the tournament,

but the real winner have been VFE and the kids in Vietnam. Our guests have been in a generous mood and we have been able to collect about CHF 35’000 that day via participation fees and additional donations.

We are planning to use this money for our next project, which will be the construction of boarding houses at the Sinh Phinh 1 primary school.

As we do not have all the money together yet for this construction I like to animate everybody to join in, so that we can realise this project soonest possible.

I herewith like to thank all our participants and generous donors and hope you will continue to be a supporter of VFE in the future.

Due to the good feedback we had, I am looking forward to organize our next event in 2024!
